Vans are the most versatile choice of transportation for people in wheelchairs and many other physical challenges. Mobility Vans offer the physically challenged person an opportunity to get around and lead a normal life. What qualifies a van conversion to be classified as a Mobility Vehicle is not clearly defined. Should the lift be motorized or manual? What safety features are required by law for each State? Many questions arise which are beyond the scope of our expertise. The bottom line is vehicles are available that allow a person with special needs to operate or ride as a passenger.
